One that makes me feel like I feel when I’m with you …

For the last handful of weeks I’ve had Huey Lewis (and The News) on my mind. As they gear up for the 30th Anniversary Tour of Sports - Mr. Lewis has been making a lot of appearances (Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me, WTF with Marc Maron, that amazing Funny or Die video, Bullseye, etc) and tomorrow, my phone interview with him will air on The Roundtable. 

I’m excited to see the band in concert in NYC. When I’m excited, if you’re around me - you hear about it. Nearly everyone I’ve mentioned Huey Lewis (and The News) to, has had some kind of personal story about their experience with him (AND THE NEWS) to share. That’s not to say they’ve interacted with the man directly - though that was sometimes the case - just that they have a memorable concert or other adventure to tell. 

I’m hoping to compile some of these stories and share them. I’m not certain of the form of the share, but if you have a story - please contact me.

The heart of rock n’roll is still beating. Don’t try to pretend it isn’t. ;-)
